💡 How do AI tokens work?
Tokens are the unit of AI work. Every message you send and every reply you receive consumes tokens — roughly 1 token per 4 characters of text.
A typical CRM conversation uses about 500–1,000 tokens. A complex document analysis might use 2,000–3,000.
Model multipliers apply for premium models: GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet count at 3× the real tokens. Claude Opus 4 (Enterprise only) counts at 10×.
This means 50K Pro tokens = ~100 average conversations with GPT-4o. More than enough for a busy professional.

GPT-4, Claude 3.5, and Gemini Pro. You choose per conversation. Pro and Business tiers get access to all models.
How does RAG work?
Upload your docs (PDF, TXT, MD). We chunk, embed, and index them using pgvector. Ask questions, get answers with source citations.
Do you support Swiss QR-Bills?
Yes, natively. Not a plugin or workaround. Swiss QR-Bill generation is built into the core invoicing system.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. CSV, Excel, vCard. Drag-and-drop with column mapping. Import from any CRM.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
